The NEXT Good Birth Session (private/2 hours)

...to get ready for this next baby.

Every birth experience is different, even in the same body. In our time together we'll go back over what happened in your previous birth/s; looking at what worked and what did not. 

We'll cover questions you might have about the birth process itself and fill in any blanks.  We'll create custom-fit coping strategies - relaxation, breathing, medications and whatever else we come up with - based on what you already do naturally in your every day life. You'll come away with a really clear idea of how to make this next birth the experience you want for yourselves.
